Year listed   28 November 1984

Detail    Cottage, early 19thc, of English garden wall bond brown brick with grey slate roof on dentil band at eaves and with plain flush verges.

Almost symmetrical, of two storeys and four windows. Door has two fielded upper panels and two reeded flush lower panels; panelled doorcase with unmoulded pediment of wood. The inner windows to both storeys are 12-pane flush sashes, the outer windows are smaller replaced casements; all have wedge lintels and projecting cills of painted stone. Two ridge chimneys of brick. A late 20thc triangular oriel has been inserted in the left gable wall.

Interior: not inspected.
